Who we are

With heartfelt excitement, we’re proud to introduce Yo Xôi—a collaboration between Khanh, chef and founder of Company of Khanh and event planner Rebecca. Yo Xôi was born out of a shared passion for expanding what it means to be American through food and community. At Yo Xôi, we sincerely embrace the journey of adapting to what is here while honoring the depth and richness of our heritage. Each gathering is a genuine tribute to blending, preserving, and reimagining traditions for today’s tables.

The name “Yo Xôi” playfully nods to “yo soy,” meaning “I am” in Spanish, reflecting our commitment to defining our path forward with creativity and authenticity. For us, Yo Xôi represents a celebration of identity, adaptability, and the joy of expressing who we truly are through flavors, stories, and meaningful connections. Our approach is rooted in genuine friendship, boundless creativity, and, most importantly, the simple pleasure of bringing people together over unforgettable meals.

Food and language are gifts that connect us to one another; they are the lifeblood of hospitality, shared across every culture. With Yo Xôi, we warmly invite you to explore vibrant, culturally inspired flavors that reflect stories of resilience, memory, and adaptation. Our gatherings are intimate and thoughtfully crafted, bringing people together around meals rooted in heritage ingredients and time-honored techniques.

Expect dishes that stir nostalgia for home-cooked favorites while capturing the essence of our cultural roots and the beauty of our evolving present. Yo Xôi is about more than just food—it is a genuine opportunity to honor community, connection, and the stories we all share, as we continue to redefine what it means to gather at the table.
