With heartfelt excitement, we are proud to introduce Yo Xôi—a collaboration between Khanh, chef and founder of Company of Khanh and event planner Rebecca. Yo Xôi was born out of a shared passion for expanding what it means to be American through food.

The name “Yo Xôi” playfully nods to “yo soy,” meaning “I am” in Spanish, reflecting our commitment to defining our path forward with creativity and authenticity. For us, Yo Xôi represents a celebration of identity, adaptability, and the joy of expressing who we truly are through flavors and meaningful connections.
